EstateGen is designed with privacy as a core principle. Sensitive content including documents, recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored locally on your device with encryption and are never transmitted to our servers.

Local Data: Data stored locally on your device (documents, recordings, transcripts, notes) is under your complete control and can be deleted at any time using the application's deletion features.

Local Data Control: All sensitive data stored locally on your device can be instantly deleted using the EstateGen application's deletion features, giving you complete control over your most sensitive information.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
